           Norristown- Royal Farms

Developed site plans, grading plans. Obtained permits, managed stormwater drainage plans, and developed the civil site design, including parking lot and sidewalks.

Philadelphia AutoPort

SR3 prepared plans and coordinated all approvals for a 4-lane, half-mile roadway extension, 3 miles of utility extensions, a 28’ wide, open-bottom, precast box culvert, and 270 acres of import auto storage. SR3 also coordinated with the Port Authority regarding inter-connection between their piers 98, 122 and 124 with the roadways and parking areas. The projects involve extensive permitting with the Pennsylvania DEP, Philadelphia Water Department, and Army Corps of Engineers. The import auto storage facilities include existing and planned storage capacity for over 100,000 vehicles.

             Top Golf: Mount Laurel
This was an extensive project that included rerouting stormwater drainage on site, as well as getting freshwater wetlands and flood hazard area permits from NJDEP. SR3 also handled all the civil site design including drainage, sidewalks, parking lot, and placement of the proposed building.

Walmart, Mount Laurel: 
Whole site design including; developed site plans, several storm water basin designs and connections, parking design, retaining wall, and access agreement with adjoining properties.

     Bellmawr Waterfront Development

SR3 is the lead civil engineer for the 110 acre Bellmawr Waterfront Development project, which is an ongoing landfill redevelopment at Routes 42 and 295 in Camden County, NJ. SR3 has obtained permits, managed stormwater drainage and developed site and grading plans with the intent to close the landfill and construct commercial projects.
