Samuel Renauro III, PE founded SR3 Engineers in 2009. Sam has 25 years of experience in civil engineering and is licensed in New Jersey, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Sam has testified over 70 times at Planning and Zoning Board Hearings in 11 different counties in NJ and over 25 times in PA, in 4 different counties. Sam also is a licensed NJ Professional Planner. Our staff includes a Project Manager, three Civil Engineers, Senior Designer and a Landscape Designer. Our engineers have experience in commercial, residential, industrial and retail land development projects.
